Today I finally received my copy of Middle America. It looks great! They did a really good job in printing the cover; I'm very pleased with the results. So I ordered a bunch of copies to send out for review ... It'll be a few weeks until I get my hands on those. If you can't wait for the reviews, feel free to snatch up a copy of your own at Amazon.
