I'm in the very best of hands...

UPDATE: I just got off the phone with Amazon customer service again. She said that yesterday's call was referred to "Community Help," but she doesn't know of any department or team by that name, so she can't follow up. Now the case is being referred to the "Catalog Team," and will be handled by them. She at least asked me the name of the book. I'm brimming with confidence...

Further update: BookSurge customer service just called me back. THEY referred the problem to the Amazon Breakthrough Novel Award department/team, and she thinks the reviews might be taken down within a few days. Swell...
