More white buffalo for a Friday morning...
I'm going to try to work "Big Smoke" into the plot of Manifest Destiny, the new Ben Kane novel I'm working on. The book is set six years past the events of Middle America, so the white buffalo calf is now only six or seven years old. Wild bison can live 25 or 30 years, so Big Smoke's got plenty of grazing time left in him.
