Snip ... snip...

I finished work on the editing adjustments to the Little Birdies! manuscript yesterday. It lost quite a bit of weight in the process -- it dropped from 137,000 words down to 129,000. It's tighter, crisper, and easier to read. There was a major re-write required on a sub-plot that makes the bad-guy's motivations a lot easier to understand. A few more tweeks and it'll be time to find an agent!

I haven't looked at The Cup of My Blood for a few weeks. I took a peek today and it reads pretty good! I'll dive back into that tomorrow...
