Brew local, drink local...

Here's a nifty look at a small craft beer operation out of Brooklyn, NY Sixpoint Craft Ales. I like it because it looks like they're working at about the same scale (especially with those 15-barrel conical fermenters and conditioning tanks) as the guys as the Brookwood in my book, The Last Bartender. Of course, my characters had the strategic advantage of having their product be illegal, which reliably increases profitability, does nothing to dampen demand, and eliminates both commercial competition and troublesome government regulations. But Sixpoint is able to make their deliveries during daylight hours, so that's something in their favor. Cheers!
